Accessibility Comments
This is very close to being accessible, and is still usable if you are willing to accept a few quirks.
My first impressions on running this app were very positive, as everything appeared to be accessible. However, I then found an unrecognized element in the top left corner of the screen. Briefly disabling VoiceOver and tapping in this area made a menu appear. This menu contained a number of key features, such as the links to edit your profile and upload photos.
After closing this menu, I found that VoiceOver could still find and access the menu items, even though they were not visually displayed on the screen. VoiceOver will announce them when you are close to the last elements on the page. Double-tapping on one of these 'hidden' menu items will give you access to it.
Whilst near to the bottom of the page VoiceOver will announce a series of link items all named 'Capital A'. These are followed by two further links, 'default' and 'done'. This is actually the controls for customizing the theme used by the app. Again, it is not visually displayed on the screen at this time.
One further problem that I encountered was when viewing photos, as there appeared to be no way of exiting the photo viewer when using VoiceOver.
I would imagine that it wouldn't take too much for the developer to resolve the issues that I have found. Hopefully they can be encouraged to do so, as the app seems quite good.
