Accessibility Comments

Encountered accessibility problems. See below in the additional comment.

VoiceOver Performance

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labelling

All buttons are clearly labelled.

Usability

Some parts of the app are accessible with VoiceOver, but not enough to make it usable.

Other Comments

Unfortunetly, this app use to work great and had no problem what so ever. Now that they have released 1.5. It has completely done a 180 on me. I am using this app on the IOS 5.x and found it so complicated and I can't recommend this app anymore. Now I can say this has not been tested on IOS 4.x and I do not know if the results are the same or not. It is quite possible if you are really gung ho about it and don't mind that most functionality does not work might be able to live with it. As for the general blind users this is no longer usable. There are to many problems and just making this work simply isn't possible. I no longer recommend this app. I will keep this up to date as soon as the IOS 5.x and newer release of this app comes out.

#2 America only

Submitted by Chris Hallsworth on 10 August 2011.

Hello all.
This app appears to be only available in America. When I clicked on the link for the app in the iTunes store, I was told that it is not available in the UK store but I have the option of changing to the US store. Well what is the point when I live in the UK?
Anyway I am subscribed to this post. So will watch any developments on the app.
Just a little disappointed that was all. But there you go. I hope the app comes to the UK store very soon.
Chat soon.

#3 Viewing Messages

Submitted by Michael Hansen on 10 August 2011.

How does one go about viewing messages in this app? I can see the message history and if I click on the person's name it shows me the "details" of the message...but I can't figure out how to view the message itself.

#4 Detail Message

Micheal, that is a great question. Well, on that first page where you see all the messages going on right? Double click on one of those message. This page appears that you can only write back to that person. Really, at the top of that page you will see your name and the person your messages are bing sent to, right? If you want to see their messages in details just couble click on their name on this page. It will now go in to a new page where the messages are in full. Now you should be able to see the entire message without being clipped like on the first page. Hope this works for you. Let me know if you still can't find it. It's not a button nor a link by Voice Over. A flaw in the app by the developer to let you know you can click there. By the way you can double click your name for the same result.
