Accessibility Comments
Bravo to AOL! This app looks to be pretty accessible again. I am able to send and receive instant messages and navigate my contacts list with relative ease, which is the thing I really need AIM for. I have not tested any of the social network integration, though, so if anyone else has please do let me know in the comments.

#1 I found this out the hard
I found this out the hard way. I only use AIM for a Caller ID service on my home phone. I can read push notifications, which is nice, but I cannot go back and look at the caller log later. It reads the time and date, but not the actual caller ID information. Still useful, but limited. I'll be looking for another AIM compatible client to see if it works better.
#2 Accessible Again - 3/14/2012
Version 5.0.4 of AIM appears to be quite accessible again. I am able to send and receive instant messages and navigate my contacts list, but I have not tried any of the other social integration features. If anyone else has, please post your findings and I will update the entry accordingly.
