This is accessible. I had a bit of trouble entering my information into the app (addresses, phone number, and credit card info) but I got it in the end without too much difficulty. Other than that, I have not yet run into any problems or unlabeled controls, though I have not yet been through the entire app (for instance, I have not yet made a purchase).
