OK, Having played with this a bit, here's how you can stumble through the process of entering a web address. We'll enter the probably mythical address; http://capital1.p2g/com

Write http
Write the colon, dots 25, and pause until it is displayed
Write two slashes, each of which consists of two characters, dots 456, dots 34. They won't display, but they will be entered.
Write three w's.
Write the period, dots 256, and wait for it to display
Write capital1, with the last three characters you write being the l, the number sign, and the a for the 1. Do not pause during this string.
Write the period and wait for it to display
Write p2g with five characters not pausing, p, number sign, b for 2, letter sign (dots 56) g.
Write the period, waiting for it to display
Write com.

This is for American English braille.
