PhoneXL is an All-In-One Phone App and a Full Featured Contact and Group Manager!
It includes a Smart T9 Dialer which will allow you to initiate calls faster!
It is also designed to help you organize your contacts, send Text Messages or Emails to groups without having to add contacts one by one, check the birthdays of your contacts sorted and listed, etc..

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver, but the interface could be easier to navigate and use.

Requires iOS 4.0 or later. Cannot delete birthdays but can add them, associating them with a contact.

Accessibility Comments
This app is mostly accessible. There are a few buttons that don't have the best labels but one can figure out what they do if they look closely. For example, touchsms means SMS. Also, when selecting multiple contacts to send an SMS to, VoiceOver does not announce whether or not an item is selected.
