Accessibility Comments:

This app is accessible and usable with VoiceOver. Once you know the room ID (which is usually available in the address bar of your web browser), you are able to fully participate in Talking Communities conferences using your mobile device. The only bug I could find is that VoiceOver does not tell you when the talk button is selected. You can tell your microphone is active because VO shiftsf from the main speaker to the ear piece, but it would be nice if VO indicated the button status. Double tapping on the talk button activates it and double tapping deactivates it. No problem once you get used to it.

VoiceOver Performance:

VoiceOver reads all page elements.

Button Labeling:

Most buttons are clearly labeled.

Usability:

The app is fully accessible with VoiceOver and is easy to navigate and use.

Other Comments:

Once you are logged in to a chat room, you must select the chat/voice tab in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to find the voice and text chat options. Also, if you come back to the same chat room on a regular basis, the app remembers the login information for the room you last used. This saves you from having to enter the meeting id every time you want to chat in the same room.
