Dunnit is a humble todo list app that was featured in Wired magazine. It includes the following:

Some parts of the app are accessible with VoiceOver, but not enough to make it usable.

Accessibility Comments
Most of this app appears to be accessible with VoiceOver. However, one part that definitely isn't is the checkbox that toggles the status of tasks between ToDo and Done. Being a rather fundamental feature of a task manager, not being able to access it makes the app pretty much useless.
