Most buttons in the iPhone app are clearly labeled, so voice over reads them fine. Navigating around the app isn't a problem. Getting notification also isn't a problem. When you're trying to edit a macro response, voice over doesn't see that there is a text box in that area. This results in the inability to change a macro response.
