Original Comments: This app is completely inaccessible with VoiceOver. You can navigate the menu to open a document but once in a text, Word, or Excel document nothing is read except the Back button.

It's not MS actually, different developmental company, I've spoken to them before and they do want to make it accessible but they need a big enough vote on their site to do it. What we can all do to get this implemented, is go to the following site: http://quickoffice.ideascale.com Then, this next bit is taken directly from their customer services email: You'll need to create an account on this page or login with existing account which ideascale supports (Facebook, GMail, etc.). Then each new user has 5 votes, so you can assign all 5 to this idea or you can distribute your votes among other ideas on the site. You don't need to comment, you can just vote once you are logged in. Thanks. Sergey I've not tried this yet but am going to. My suggestion would be to get as many blind people as possible to sign up for this to see if we can get something working.

Why would we want to vote for something, ok what I mean is why should we have to vote when emailing the dev is or should be good enough? This looks promising but I'm not going to download it until this is deemed accessible by the dev and other users.

Hi, I just sent an email to the developer of quickoffice asking about VO support and am waiting for a reply. I do hope they will make this app way more accessible than it is now!!!!! I think it would be quite helpful!!!!!
